1. What SignalDCA Is

SignalDCA is an automated, educational market-analysis tool. It publishes daily signals, gauges, and commentary about selected assets to help long-term investors think about the timing of their dollar-cost-averaging (DCA) contributions. By creating an account or subscribing to our emails, you agree to these terms.

2. What SignalDCA Is Not

SignalDCA is not financial advice. Specifically:

• We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner, and nothing on this site or in our emails is investment, legal, or tax advice.
• Our signals are educational and informational. They are generated by an automated model and are not personalized to you, your finances, or your risk tolerance.
• We never provide personalized recommendations. Phrases like "some users consider..." describe historical patterns, not instructions.
• You alone are responsible for your investment decisions. Consult a qualified financial advisor before acting on anything you read here.

3. No Guarantee of Results

Markets are uncertain and our signals will sometimes be wrong — our public track record includes those misses on purpose. Backtested and historical performance figures describe the past only. Past performance does not guarantee future results. We make no promise that following any signal will produce a profit or avoid a loss.

4. Data Accuracy

Our signals depend on third-party market data, which can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong, and on automated systems that can fail or contain bugs. We work to keep everything accurate, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. Do not rely on SignalDCA as your only source of market information.

5. Your Account & Acceptable Use

• Keep your login credentials private; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Don't scrape, resell, or redistribute our signals or content without written permission.
• Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, probe, or disrupt the service.
• We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service.

6. Emails

Subscribing means you agree to receive our signal emails. Every email contains an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing always works — no hoops.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignalDCA and its operator are not liable for any investment losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Changes to the Service or These Terms

We may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time. We may update these terms; if we make material changes we will note the new effective date here. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
